Copernicus Guerra is a retired U.S. Air Force combat veteran, entrepreneur, real estate broker, and commercial and residential real estate investor with more than 25 years of experience in governance, operations, risk management, and fiduciary leadership.
A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he served 26 years across active duty and reserve components before retiring honorably in 2016. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member and has built a career rooted in accountability, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Since entering the private sector in 2001, Copernicus has founded and operated real estate brokerage and property management businesses, overseen hundreds of properties, completed thousands of leases and management agreements, and invested in commercial real estate assets and syndications.
He is deeply committed to mentoring veterans and transitioning service members and continues to build Legacy Valor Capital around disciplined stewardship and long-term value creation.
